How we report results
What the numbers mean.
- Ad spend
- The media budget paid to the ad platform for ads to run. It does not include Alto’s management fee.
- Tracked closed revenue
- Revenue from jobs or sales the client closed and tracked back to the campaign’s leads. Revenue is not profit.
- Commission
- Money earned on a booking or sale, not the total price of the product or service.
- ROAS
- Return on ad spend: tracked revenue divided by ad spend. A 4× ROAS means $4 of tracked revenue for each $1 of ad spend.
